Shipping Policy

We are committed to accommodate your shipping needs so you can enjoy your new purchase. We try to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (except federal holidays). Weekend orders will not ship until the following Monday.

• We are required to ship only to the address that matches the billing address of the issued credit card used for purchase.
• We offer free insured ground shipping for all domestic orders over $750 USD (before applicable taxes and shipping fees). All purchases will be shipped/insured free of charge within the continental United States. If Saturday delivery is required, please contact us at [email protected] for special handling. Adult signature (over 21) will be required upon delivery.
• Delivery times are not guaranteed by JR Jewelry & Designs or its carriers. We do our best to accomplish the above stated targets and goals but cannot be held responsible for weather events that cause the carriers to be delayed.
• All items under $750 (before applicable taxes) will be charged $50 plus applicable taxes. Expedited shipping requests are available for an additional fee. Please call us at 847 778-0939 for further assistance with expidited shipping.
• We make every attempt to ship out an order as soon as it is placed with us. If we encounter a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
• We do not ship to a P.O. Box and do not ship internationally.
